Evaluate DSS and ADA Compliance Operations
Charge
Evaluate the operations of Disability Support Services (Student Affairs) and ADA Compliance (POSO) to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies and enhance support for individuals and campus units. This evaluation should include: (1) identifying the services offered by each area, along with their respective compliance responsibilities; (2) identifying gaps in service and business continuity; (3) make recommendation for optimal organizational structure.
