Operational Fiscal Health Working Group

This working group is charged with recommending prioritized strategies for optimal utilization of resources (e.g. space, fiscal processes, staff, etc.) in support of the multiple aspects of ECU’s mission.

Fiscal Health Update (3/3/25)

The charge, workgroup and timeline are available for each of the Fiscal Health Priorities identified in the Feb. 10 update, and the Fiscal Health Oversight Committee approved the recommendations for ECU’s future IT operating model.

The work of the two Fiscal Health Working Groups has been completed, and the written report submitted to the Oversight Committee. The report is accessible with ECU credentials.


Campus Forum on Fiscal Health (9/9/24)

Established by Chancellor Rogers in September 2024, East Carolina University’s Future Focused Resource Optimization Task Force is working to develop recommendations that will strengthen ECU’s capacity to optimize its fiscal health amidst enrollment shifts, state budget pressures, and other challenges.
