Ticket Office Consolidation Evaluation

To enhance operating efficiency at ECU, this exploratory work group will review current event ticketing practices at ECU and explore the potential of consolidation of the central ticketing office, athletic ticketing, and McGinnis ticketing office.

Tasks

• Assess and document the current ECU event ticketing structure and processes, and associated data related to event ticketing
• Detail potential costs (loss or savings) and/or revenue increases/losses with any associated change
• Detail potential challenges/impacts with any consolidation efforts
• Detail the pros and cons related to any consolidations
